Over the past year I’ve spent with IPowerWeb, I can say that it was the best service I’ve ever had. I’ve transferred all my site to IPowerWeb. Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but all their plans come with bountiful disk space and bandwidth and a ton of extra features and software. Their control panel was also far more efficient than anything I’ve used before either. At first I was deceived by its simple lay out, but it turned out to be very intuitive and user friendly. I’ve had only one problem with some erroneous scripts, but I sent in an email and it was answered quickly and contained a detailed explanation of what I should do, in an easy step by step format. The email also invited me to reply or even call if I had any further problems or needed help knowing what to do. Today people change webhosts as often as they change underwear with the exceptions of the hosts which make you sign up for long term contracts. I used to be one of those people until I found IPowerWeb. Once I switched to them, the change was so drastic. My site was clearly faster and with all the newly available disk space and other features, I added many options to my site that I couldn’t dream of doing with my old host. Their servers are also incredibly solid, I’ve had only 1 instance of down time and a quick call to their knowledgeable service line had my site up and running again within the hour. When transferring my site over to IPowerWeb I spoke with several technicians, all of which provided me with excellent service (answered my questions effectively and quickly) and all of them invited me to call them back if I had any problems. I can say I’ve never really received such treatment at other hosting companies. Not only would other host’s technicians take forever to answer my questions, but they would often beat around the bush and on some occasions were even quite rude. Nothing like the courtesy and professionalism of the technicians at IPowerWeb. I guess these things are the benefits in choosing an established company over a reseller. It may cost you a little more, but it is well worth the extra dollar or two a month. I would also like to mention that as of my switch to IPowerWeb I haven’t had any downtime in 4 months.
