As a first timer, I was anxious about creating my own website. “I don’t know anything about web design or coding, what should I buy, where should I look” were the thoughts in my head. A friend told me to call the IPowerWeb sales number, where I found a friendly sales staff member. She answered all my questions and even went to the trouble to explain the whole hosting process to me. I decided I would go with IPowerWeb. If their servers are half as good as their customer service I’d be set. So I called again and another sales member helped me decide which plan to get and helped me register a domain. They also guided me through the set up and installation. By the end of the day, I had my own website. The website itself was surprisingly fun to make thanks to IPowerWeb’s control panel. It came with everything I needed to make a site and it was very easy to use. The servers themselves are great. My site has never gone down or crashed and every page loads quickly. I’ve never had to call their customer service again, but I am certain that if I do, I will receive the enthusiastic and effective help I’ve come to expect from IPowerWeb.
