When transferring my site over to IPowerWeb I spoke with several technicians, all of which provided me with excellent service (answered my questions effectively and quickly) and all of them invited me to call them back if I had any problems. I can say I’ve never really received such treatment at other hosting companies. Not only would other host’s technicians take forever to answer my questions, but they would often beat around the bush and on some occasions were even quite rude. Nothing like the courtesy and professionalism of the technicians at IPowerWeb. I guess these things are the benefits in choosing an established company over a reseller. It may cost you a little more, but it is well worth the extra dollar or two a month. I would also like to mention that as of my switch to IPowerWeb I haven’t had any downtime in 4 months. Good job to the people at IPowerWeb!
